FlowAndTank.com ("Flow & Tank", "we") is a referral service operated by TODO: legal business name and mailing address. We are not a septic or well contractor.
What we collect
- Information you enter in our request chat or forms: service needed, answers to questions, property address/town/ZIP/county, name, phone, email, contact preference and notes.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, and any analytics or cookies we use: TODO: list analytics tools, if any.
How we use and share it
- To send your request to up to 3 independent local service providers who serve your area, only after you check the consent box. Those providers may contact you by phone, text or email about your request.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to respond to you.
- Providers may pay us a fee for referrals. We do not sell your information to data brokers or for unrelated marketing. TODO: confirm
- Once shared, each provider handles your information under its own privacy practices.
Retention

Your choices
