FlowAndTank.com is a free referral service that passes homeowner requests to independent local septic and well providers. We do not perform, inspect, supervise, price or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Providers are independent
Providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They are solely responsible for their licensing, registrations, permits, insurance, pricing, scheduling and workmanship. We encourage you to verify credentials, check references and get a written quote before hiring. TODO: describe any provider screening you actually perform
Consent to share and be contacted
When you submit a request and check the consent box, you authorize us to share your request and contact details with up to 3 providers serving your area, and you agree that they may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. TODO: attorney review of consent language for calls/texts
Referral fees
Providers may pay us a fee for referrals. This does not add to what you pay a provider.
